Unit 219 is a  privately owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos on the Gulf of Mexico FL. This unit is fully equipped with everything needed for your stay.  Front door faces the east and the intercoastal waterway, the back sliding door on to a balcony facing the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

From the balcony you view the beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico.  The pool is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and gas fired BBQ grills for a cookout.  The pool also has great view of the beach and water.   The townhouse layout creates an exceptional separation of space when privacy and quiet are needed.   On the entry-level is an open concept living room, dining room, full bath and (fully) equipped kitchen with quartz counters and  stainless steel appliances. The living room sofa opens to a bed.  Enjoy the sunset from your spacious balcony with endless, unobstructed water views. On the Gulf side just steps to the beach, the Happy Fiddler features a large, heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs to relax and enjoy the sun. The private pool area is surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and protected sand dunes.

Fishing Dock

Explore the rich and diverse waters of the Florida Suncoast on our private 70ft dock. Enjoy fishing or simply take in all the beautiful coastal wildlife in a prime intracoastal location where it’s not unusual to see dolphins playing in the morning sun.

Visit one of our many local fresh seafood markets and fire it up at any of the two large natural gas grills on the grounds. Enjoy a sunshiny lunch on your patio or a beautiful sunset dinner on your terrace or balcony while taking in the views.
